Registration

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID -19 pandemic, we are currently planning to hold SOFT2022 in a hybrid format, with on-site registration limited to 500 participants. Just in case the pandemic situation worsens worldwide and large gatherings are not possible due to the pandemic measures, we will hold SOFT as a virtual conference.

Registration for on-site participation will open on 11 May after authors have been informed that their abstracts have been accepted. Registrations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will regularly announce the number of remaining registrations on the conference website.

Registration for virtual participation in SOFT2022 will open on 1 March.

Early registration fees will only be confirmed if registration and payment are received by the Ruđer Bošković Institute by 20 June 2022.
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee.
Registration fees must be paid by credit or with debit card. Payments by bank transfer or cheque are not accepted.

Only MasterCard, Maestro and VISA credit cards are accepted for payments via the online payment system. These payments are charged in HRK.
